Ormsby (Freehold) Ltd is responsible under Clause 7 of the 4th Schedule of the lease for keeping the main structures of the block insured to their full reinstatement value. Insurance cover is currently provided by Intact Insurance UK Ltd. A supplementary policy providing cover in the event of acts attributed to terrorist activity is also held as well as standard legal protection cover. Our brokers and claims handlers are:

The property was surveyed in 2026 to reassess the full reinstatement value. The assessed value at that time of 2026 policy renewal was £9,211,977. The policy is renewable annually in November. The premium for November 2026 was £8209.75 equating to approximately £342 per flat. The premium is included in the service charge.
