The home of Ormsby (Freehold) Ltd  

Ormsby (Freehold) Ltd is responsible under Clause 7 of the 4th Schedule of the lease for keeping the main structures of the block insured to their full reinstatement value. Insurance cover is currently provided by NIG plc. A supplementary policy providing cover in the event of acts attributed to terrorist activity is held with Lancashire Insurance Co (UK) Ltd. The property was surveyed in 2006 to reassess the full reinstatement value. The assessed value at that time was £3,537,916. Since 2006 this value has been updated in line with buildings sector inflation indexes and the current rebuilding value stands at £8,866195. The total sum insured currently stands at £13,299,293. The policy is renewable annually in November. The premium paid for November 2025 was £7878.65 equating to approximately £328 per flat. The premium is included in the service charge
