Ormsby's Articles of Association require a Board of Directors to be given full legal and financial responsibility for managing the affairs of the company and the estate. Directors do not have to be shareholders in the freehold company but traditionally this has often been the case. At the present time, two of the directors are Ormsby sub-tenants.
